Experience: I have decades of business experience in Fortune 500 companies and non profit organizations developing leaders and boosting individual and organizational performance. I guide people in fast-paced situations to attain greater effectiveness, especially those working in dynamic environments. I’ve coached hundreds of individuals throughout my career, and helped leaders to attain personal, professional, and company goals.
My strength lies in my ability to use my extensive experience in a style that is clear, compelling, and easy to understand. I help individuals accelerate their progress and achieve the success they desire, all within an environment of enthusiasm and optimism.
Recognition: I’ve won national and regional awards for achievements in retail sales, philanthropy, promotional events, and cause marketing through development of innovative business strategies, leadership of complex organizational realignments, and coaching of high potential leaders to achieve outstanding business results. I served as chief staff officer for a non profit that became a national model of excellence (Give 5), received the Washington state Evergreen Award for my commitment to the non profit sector, and was named best event marketer in the nation for excellence in bringing the brand to life through philanthropic events and cause marketing.
Training: I received my coaching training through the Coaches Training Institute and earned my Certified Professional Co-Active Coach designation. I am accredited by the International Coaches Federation. I am also qualified to administer the Meyers-Briggs assessment, and am certified in Leadership Effectiveness Assessment tools through Management Resource Group and Hogan Leadership Forecast Series assessments. My undergraduate degree is in communications, and am accredited by the Public Relations Society of America. I’ve also served on the boards of several non profit organizations.
